Every person I've interacted with has been helpful and respectful. I'm very pleased with the quality of care. The technology--web portal, online forms, SMS and emailing--have been really poor. For example, the forms make you click a check-box for every symptom or issue you don't have, as well as the ones you do. It was so time consuming that my login expired and when I signed in again to access them, my progress was lost. I've received way too many emails and text messages with login codes, but when I needed a login code to enter the online meeting, none of them worked and I needed to connect by phone for both appointments. Please improve these systems so that patients do not encounter so many tech and comms barriers when trying to access the wonderful healthcare your staff provides.
