My first tele-med appointment was cancelled one day before. Now my second appointment I had to wait over 90 minutes. I tried to call the office and nobody would answer the phone.
Ultimately I had my appointment about 95 minutes after it was scheduled. I greatly dislike needing to be available for all this time when I made an appointment.
